Vivo Gaming ( 4)
Vivo Gaming is an innovative provider of live dealer solutions, sports betting software, RNG games and powerful back office systems for online casinos and land-based gambling places. They have been operating for over 8 years, and their line of live dealer products provides a great choice of PC/mobile compatible products.
The company is certified and regulated by Curacao Gaming and First Cagayan; the latter being Asia’s first gaming jurisdiction that entitles its licensees to operate in the Philippine’s Cagayan Special Economic Zone. Vivo Gaming holds the Certificate of Integrity issued by Gaming Labs, which certifies technical compliance of software suppliers with the international standards.

Currently, the provider offers live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger tables. They claim on their official website they have craps and Caribbean Poker but these games are still under development. Vivo Gaming has presented a rare baccarat variation, Baccarat Squeeze, with the max table limit of $5000.
Key features of the Vivo Gaming platform
- live games are streamed from multiple locations worldwide. The studio in Costa Rica features a very good quality with regard to how dealers interact with users and how all gaming features are implemented. The studio in Laos is not as high-end as in Costa Rica. Besides, at least six live dealer games are broadcasted in real time from Naka Palace Entertainment Hotel & Resort in Laos
- dealers speak English and/or Spanish. When bilingual dealers say something in English, they very often repeat it in Spanish
- a preferred user interface language can be selected in the live casino lobby, with over 25 languages available. There is no option to change the currently used language inside the game
- the stream is very good and consistent but there is no option to change the video quality. Video options include switching to a full-screen mode and changing between two camera views. The webcam zooms in on the wheel when it begins to spin
- audio options are muting/unmuting and volume control
- diverse statistics such as last winning numbers in roulette, classic roadmaps in baccarat and dealer’s last hand in blackjack
- a long betting time in roulette; players have 50 seconds to wager
- the View History feature that shows personal bets and results
- the Report Issue feature that enables a user to send an automatically generated screenshot and a short description of the issue to the support team
- a user-hideable chat window that works in a standard way, i.e. for getting in touch with the dealer and other players
Недахопы платформы
- the UI lacks uniformity across all games and locations; for example, the user interface in baccarat differs significantly from the one in roulette and blackjack, and seems to have been created by some other provider
- there is a link to house rules that opens in the same window as the game; however, the rules are not detailed. For example, a user will have to guess whether resplitting is allowed or not, since no related information is specified in Vivo Gaming blackjack rules. Besides, the blackjack rules read that the game “may be played with one to eight decks of 52-card decks”. The question arises of how many decks are used in that particular blackjack, with which the rules are associated
- they cannot accept US players
Мабільная сумяшчальнасць
Vivo Gaming claims a full compatibility with all mobile platforms. Bad news is that their live dealer games are supported by Android devices only. Gaming on smartphones and tablets is truly smooth, and users are provided with the same features and options as their equivalent PC versions.
